By purchasing an item through this website you will be agreeing to the provisions mentioned below. This is drafted to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
All orders placed from Sneaker Skull are shipped from Hisar,Haryana.
Shipping is available PAN India for all products.
In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days unless specified otherwise. All orders will be dispatched between Monday to Friday. We apologize for any delay caused due to Covid-19 restrictions and thank you for your patience.
Orders are subject to stock availability. We try our best to maintain accurate accounts of the stock on the website, however, in case a discrepancy occurs and the purchased item is not available, we will reach out to you, cancel the order and refund the money immediately.
Please provide a valid and complete address in addition to your contact information (phone number and email address) while placing the order. Sneaker Skull is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost due to an error in the aforementioned address details.

The details cannot be modified after the product has been shipped.
On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation mail.
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number by which you can track your order based on the updates made by the shipping provider.
In case the product is incorrect or damaged on arrival, we request you to email us at support@sneakerskull.com or reach out to us on Instagram within 3 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy

Sneaker Skull ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.sneakerskull.com . By purchasing an item through this website you will be agreeing to the provisions mentioned below. We accept returns withing 1-2 days post delivery incase you receive a damaged product and must have an unboxing video for the order.

Returns will only be entertained if the product is damaged/ flawed or if the wrong product is delivered.

The Sneaker Skull Team will analyze your request for a return. If it is approved, you will have to ship the product in the exact same conditions as when it was received. All extra accessories/ items must be intact and have to be returned.

The product must be returned in Sneaker Skull’s box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.

Sneaker Skull does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

In case the product you have received is incorrect or in a different size, we will replace it subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
